[Ministry of Foreign Affairs: Taking countermeasures against 12 U.S. military industrial enterprises and 10 senior executives] Securities Times News, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, for some time, the United States has ignored China's objective, fair and constructive stance and constructive role on the Ukraine crisis, used so-called Russia-related factors to impose illegal unilateral sanctions on many Chinese entities, engaged in unilateral bullying and economic coercion, and seriously infringed on the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese enterprises, institutions and individuals. At the same time, the United States continues to sell weapons to China Taiwan, seriously violating the one-China principle and the provisions of the three Sino-US joint communiqués, seriously interfering in China's internal affairs, and seriously damaging China's sovereignty and territorial integrity. In accordance with Articles 3, 4, 5, 6, 9 and 15 of the Anti-Foreign Sanctions Law of the People's Republic of China, China has decided to take countermeasures against the following U.S. military enterprises and senior managers: 1. For 12 companies listed in the attached Counter-List, including Lockheed Martin Missile and Fire Control Company, Lockheed Martin Aviation Company, Javelin Joint Venture Company, Raytheon Missile Systems Company, General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems Company, General Dynamics Information Technology Company, General Dynamics Mission Systems Company, Coastal Electronics Company, Systems Research and Simulation Company, Iron Mountain Solutions Company, Applied Technology Group, and Axenter Company, Freeze movable, immovable property and other types of property within our country. 2. Regarding Casey Warden (Chairman, CEO and President of Northrop Grumman), Matthew Brownberg (Vice President of Global Operations at Northrop Grumman), Benjamin Davis (Vice President and General Manager of Strategic Deterrence Systems at Northrop Grumman), Thomas Jones (Vice President, Northrop Grumman, President of Aviation Systems), Stephen O'Brien (Vice President and Global Business Development Officer, Northrop Grumman), Rosanne Rohde (Vice President and President of Defense Systems at Northrop Grumman), Filat Gezen (Vice President of General Dynamics, President of General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems), Jason Aiken (General Dynamics Executive Vice President of Technology), Amy Gigeland (Senior Vice President of General Dynamics and President of General Dynamics Information Technology), Christopher Brady (Vice President of General Dynamics and President of General Dynamics Mission Systems) and other 10 senior managers of the company listed in the attached Counter-List will not be issued visas or allowed to enter the country (including Hong Kong and Macao).
