[Greenland Hong Kong announces changes in senior management]

Greenland Hong Kong Holdings Co., Ltd. disclosed important personnel adjustments on May 17. Luo Weifeng was elected as executive director, chairman of the board of directors, and concurrently serves as chairman of the nomination committee and member of the remuneration committee of the board of directors. At the same time, Li Yongqiang was appointed as an executive director and a member of the Nomination Committee of the Board of Directors.

During this personnel change, Chen Jun stepped down as executive director and chairman of the board of directors, and was given the new position of honorary chairman of the board of directors. Hou Guangjun resigned as executive director and member of the nomination committee of the board of directors.
